Becoming A Coaching Leader

This program is designed to develop coaching skills in pastors that enable them to build leaders and ministry in their church.

Christian coaching is the process of coming alongside another to helping them discover God's agenda for their life, and then to co-operate with the Holy Spirit to see that agenda become a reality. The Becoming A Coaching Leader program develops leader's coaching skills, their self-awareness and their understanding of the principles of leadership. Along with these skills participants are also provided with an Adventist user friendly church coaching system.
